Regulatory Sustainability

One of the central topics to provide SMEs with orientation in the constantly changing requirements for reporting and controlling obligations is the topic of regulatory sustainability. These include:

• The Digital Product Passport (DPP)

• EmpCo / Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition

• Ecodesign Regulation or requirements for sustainable products

• Packaging and packaging regulation

• Other sustainability and product requirements relevant to SMEs, including a timeline

The goal is to provide companies with orientation as to what requirements they will face, when action is needed and which concrete implementation steps need to be taken.

Within the framework of accent ready4future, the project "Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Start-ups and Highly Innovative SMEs ́s - JTF" is being carried out and co-financed by the European Union in the IBW/ERDF & JTF programme.

Startup-SME Matching

accent ready4future creates an active connection between SMEs, leading companies, start-ups and existing accent programmes.

The central element is startup-SME matching. Startups gain access to real-world use cases, while companies learn about new solutions, disruptive technologies, and collaboration opportunities.

Particularly relevant is the involvement of ESA Phi-Lab Austria, ESA BIC Austria, accent pre-incubator, accent incubator AplusB and their alumni networks. This increases the impact of existing programmes and transfers them more strongly to the Lower Austrian corporate landscape.
