PromptFern is building a SaaS product that helps companies track whether AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity mention their brand when customers ask buying-related questions. In simple terms, PromptFern helps businesses understand how they appear in AI-generated recommendations and what they need to change to be mentioned more often, to appear more in AI responses.

PromptFern is looking for an ambitious co-founder or early-stage team member with a strong interest in sales, business development, and B2B SaaS who wants to help shape the commercial side of a new product from an early stage.

Your Impact

  • Build first relationships with B2B SaaS companies and marketing teams

  • Conduct outreach, discovery calls, and early customer validation in your own way

  • Shape and sharpen positioning, ICP, pricing, and sales messaging

  • Support go-to-market execution and first customer acquisition

  • Contribute to pitch materials, strategic discussions and future growth planning

Your Skills

  • Strong interest in B2B SaaS, sales, startups and business development

  • Clear communication skills and confidence in speaking with prospects

  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and early-stage customer conversations

  • Structured, self-driven, and reliable way of working

  • Honesty, directness, and able to iterate quickly based on market feedback

  • Resilient and consistent, even when sales cycles are uncertain or challenging
